Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
3 eggs
1 large onion chopped
1 Cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Cup chopped tomato
1/8 teaspoon pepper
shredded lettuce
1 1/2 Cups milk
mild or hot taco sauce
3/4 Cup Bisquick
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 9×13 inch pan in skillet brown meat onions salt and pepper spread beef mixture in bottom of pan beat milk Bisquick and eggs together pour over meat bake 25 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and taco sauce on top.
