SOCK IT TO ME CAKE
1 Duncan Hines Butter Vanilla cake mix
1 8oz. cup sour cream
1/3 cup veg oil
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c water
4 eggs
For Filling:
2 Tbsp reserved cake mix
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375
Combine filling ingredients and set aside.
In large bowl blend cake mix, sour cream, oil, 1/ 4 cup sugar, water and eggs.
beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour 2/3 of the batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube or fluted pan.
Sprinkle filling ingredients over top batter evenly
Spread remaining batter evenly over top of filling.
bake at 375 44-50 minutes
until cake is done and springs back to touch.
Cool right side up for 25 minutes. then remove from pan.
Glaze
Blend 1 cup confectionary sugar with 2 Tbsp Milk
Drizzle over cake
