SNICKER DOODLES
1 c shortening mix (part butter – use 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup shortening)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c self rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp cinn
Heat 400
mix shortening and butter
mix in
1 c sugar
add eggs mix till fluffy
mix in flour make sure dough is not too dry it should just barely form into nearly golf sized balls
in separate bowl mix 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinn together,
roll balls in mixture
place on an ungreased cookie sheet
bake just till cookies are set about 10 min
makes 2 dozen cookies
