Smothered Venison Burger


first you need to take some mushrooms, and a half stick of butter put on stove top in heavy saucepan, began sauteing as you slice up some green and red pepper, add onion salt and pepper… will smell amazing

 

Take your ground venison

and add a little worcestershire sauce salt and pepper a little garlic powder if you desire. patty them up and fry them.. place on a freshly toasted slice of bread..

add some mayonnaise and tomato if desire and smother it in your sauteed veggies. DELISH
