SMOKED WILD TURKEY 

Ingredients: 

1 wild turkey

1 clove garlic

1 large onion, quartered

1 teaspoon sage

½ cup margarine

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

½ cup water 

Directions: 

Rub turkey with salt and pepper, sage and margarine. Stuff breast with garlic and onions. Pour water into cavity. Place on water smoker rack. Cover and cook overnight or until coals go out.
