Try this recipe at your own risk. I made it up and it is delicious but I do not know how to tell you exactly how much of each item, so I have described it to my best ability, Trust me if you get it right, it will be worth it.

2 pkgs of frozen Deer Chunks (about 3-4 pounds, can use the less tender cuts just like for soup)

Small amount of water in bottom of crock pot (can always add more if needed)

4 garlic cloves minced

Minced onion (handful or more)

Lots of salt and pepper (first while cooking season meat and then later when adding other ingredients)

Directions:Put in crock-pot with lid on high till meat starts to get done.

Add handful of brown sugar, lots of ketchup (almost over half bottle) and lots of mustard to taste, along with 6 splashes of Tabasco sauce. Then add 1 tbsp Lowrey’s seasoning salt, 1 Tbsp Molasses and a splash of red wine vinegar.

Directions:Let cook some more with lid on. Then turn off slow cooker and take meat and strain off juice leaving juice in slow cooker.

Take meat and put in food processor and grind for just a second or two till meat resembles BBQ &115;tyle consistency (if you don’t own a food processor a small electric chopper will work just put a bit of the meat in at a time). Then take meat and add some of the sauce, its Great.

Put on buns and serve.

Hope you got it right. He He
