1 Hard boiled egg
mayo
2 slices soft white bread
2 slices cheese
butter
Directions:
Take bread and butter bottom lightly, place cheese slice on each loaf and put into toaster oven (broil if you don’t have a toaster oven)
once lightly toasted and cheese is melted take your hard boiled egg and cut long ways and place on the bread on a diagonal on each side top with a small amount of mayo (optional) and other slice of cheese bread
cut on diagonal. enjoy
