1 large can of sliced peaches (with juice)

1 c. crushed pineapples

1 c. Applesauce, sweet

1/2 stick of Butter

handful of white sugar

handful of brown sugar

generous sprinkling of cinnamon

1 yellow cake mix

In one of the NEWER model Crock-pots ( the old ones don’t heat up the sides) Take all ingredients except for cake mix and put in Crock on high. Meanwhile make cake mix as directed on box.

Once your fruit mixture starts to show signs of bubbling, spray with pam around inside of Crock just above your mixture then go ahead and add in your cake mix. Spread evenly with spatula, and put lid on. Set timer for 1 hour and 40 min. Do not keep lifting lid up during this cooking time or cake will fall.

Once time is up check center, if done turn Crock to KEEP WARM and serve with vanilla ice cream to guests. GREAT!
