SERENA’S 10 POUNDS FATTER CAKE
1 lg box Strawberry Jell-o- make as directed and pour into large glass 9×13 pan to set up in fridge.
make 1 Yellow Cake mix, spray a large cookie sheet with sides with Bakers Joy, and pour in cake mix. Fatten out with spatula. Bake till springy to touch. Let Cool.
Make 2 large boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding and put in fridge till later.
Make your final step… Pineapple Topping.
1 large can of pineapple undrained pour into saucepan
add 1 1/2 c sugar
in cup beat 3 eggs add to saucepan.
bring to a boil
take 1/3 cup water and mix with 3 Tbsp of cornstarch.
add to boiling sauce and turn down heat to simmer
Stir well till thickens.. turn off heat. LET COOL.
Take out set Jell-O and then take cake and cut out to fit over top of Jell-O.
then spread over with the instant pudding.. Take cooled Pineapple Topping and spread over top of cake… ENJOY EVERY BITE… because you will gain 10 pounds = )
