SAUSAGE CORN BREAD BAKE
1 lb sausage
1 large onion
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
1 17oz can cream style corn
3/4 c milk
1/4 c oil
2 c grated cheese
preheat oven 450
grease 10-1/2 inch skillet
set aside. brown sausage and onion, drain well. Combine eggs , corn meal, corn, milk and oil.
pour half in prepared skillet.
sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese
pour remaining batter over top
bake 30-40 minutes let cool 10 minutes
serves 6-8
