Root vegetable beef stew in crock pot. Beef (lean), carrots, parsnip, rutabaga, canned whole tomatoes, tomato soup, Beef Consommé, Burgundy wine, oregano, basil, garlic, & add frozen peas and Cannellini beans when nearly done. Substitute the turnips in as you like.
