This is something that I made last night. I couldn’t resist seconds. Here’s the recipe.
Roasted Tomato Sauce (Spaghetti Sauce)
Vine Ripe Tomatoes
Red/Green/Yellow Peppers
Olive Oil (to coat)
1/2 Onion
Fresh Herbs
Salt/Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 1/2 hour. Cool and blend. Adjust seasonings. Serve over pasta or use as a good pizza sauce.
