Eggs and rice for brunch!

Rina Castillo Trochman Super easy!!! Use precooked rice. Put a little butter in the pan, stir fry the rice for a few minutes, then add the eggs that have been beaten and seasoned. After eggs are almost cooked stir in shredded cheese and continue cooking for an extra minute or 2. Then serve. We use to eat this growing up. I sometimes add leftover meat or veggies to it. So good and simple.
