RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE
2 cups cooked rhubarb, sweetened to taste
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
cook rhubarb, butter, milk flour and eggs till thick. pour into cooked pie crust. Top with meringue and bake till meringue is lightly browned.
