RENE’S MUSTARD SOUP
Get a nice deep Fry pan or Quart Pan.
Put in a couple cups of water.
Start bringing to a boil as you Cut up a Big Onion. big onion.
Put in the water to boil. You are going to boil it down a bit & caramelize the onions a little bit.
While that is cooking get about 5 cloves of garlic depending on your taste buds. I like garlic.
The more the Merrier! 
Mince the garlic medium wise & put in with the onions.
Stir together let cook a little bit then add a little bit more water. probably about 1/2 cup.
When the onions & the garlic has cooked together for about 7 minutes then add about another 1/2 cup water & let it come to a nice rolling boil.
Then Add about 2 cups of Mustard Greens.
Let that cook for a few minutes.
Won’t take long.
Then add about 1/2 bag of Noodles.
Let that cook for about 5 minutes.
Add about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of ham & stir.
Let cook for about 5 minutes & add about 1/2 tsp black pepper.
I probably added 2 tsps. lolol depends on how much HEAT you want.
If you have HOT MUSTARDS like these wound up being you will have a little HEAT but it’ll clean out your sinuses & help your immune system!
Let sit a few minutes & simmer & then get you a couple of nice big bowls & a couple of nice big spoons & enjoy!
