these are not as good as the rolo ones I made last week but these are still really good.. just a lot richer..
Reese’s PB Cake-Cookies
1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1/4 cup water
1 egg
3 Tbsp oil
Mini Reese’s BP cups
grab cake mix and rest of ingredients except for the reese’s
mix up dough…
peel off you about 18 reese cups
get hands floured up good… pinch off some dough and fashion around a reese cup.. roll in the palm of your floured hand till smooth ball…
place on cookie sheet 2 inches
apart and bake at 350 for 9 minutes.. take out let set on wire rack or cookie sheet a few minutes before removing to platter..
serve
Makes 18 large cookies or two dozen small cookies
