use “basic yeast dough recipe” posted in this website… for this recipe

Prepare dough and let rise

Roll dough to 1/4 thickness

cut with 2 1/2 inch  doughnut cutter and place on floured baking sheet

let rise in warm place until light and doubled almost in bulk

FRY in hot hat 345 until brown

about 2 minutes on each side

Drain on absorbent paper shake n paper bag with sugar

Makes 2 dozen
