RINA’S RAINBOW LORAX CUPCAKES
Icing
2 sticks of butter
4-6cups of confectioner sugar( depends on consistency)
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of clear vanilla extract.
Beat and mix.
I made the joy of baking recipe for yellow cake.
Then I separated the batter into 6 and dyed them. Scooped a teaspoon of each color into lined cupcake tins. Baked 19 minutes at 350. They were yummy.
Yellow Butter Cake Recipe:
6 large egg yolks
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
3 cups cake flour
1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter, room temperature and cut into pieces
bake 25 35 minutes at 350
