1 pound bread dough

1 egg beaten

4 ounces pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasonings 

Preheated oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a baking sheet. 

Roll dough out in a rectangle. Brush dough with beaten egg. Arrange pepperoni and chesses over the dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Roll up dough like a jelly roll and pinch seam to seal. Place seam down on prepared baking sheet. 

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown 

my kids dip this in pizza sauce.. make sure you roll out the dough fairly thin so it will cook properly
