Okay so there are many versions of this recipe.. one I have requires much more detail and ingredients.. this one however is fun quick and easy and although not as good as the one with peanut butter and marshmallow cream in it, this one still gets gobbled up by the little ones.. plus it took minutes to make literally ..
QUICK BIRDS NESTS
You need Butterscotch morsels and a regular size personal bag of Peanut M&M’s for this quick snack for kids…
melt the morsels slightly in the microwave.. CAREFULLY as not to scorch.. take out and use fork to beat smooth.. and then you will need a can of LA CHOY chow mein Noodles
Next add some of the chow mien noodles to your melted butterscotch.. and stir with fork easily.. to cover the noodles..
drop on waxed paper into mounds. like a haystack or a birds nest..
Next I take about a block or so of white almond bark and melt again VERY Carefully in microwave and stir the rest of the way smooth.. then take my M&Ms and dip one by one in the white chocolate.. and set into the nests… there is my egg..
(course leaving them colored is an option as well)
