2 c biscuit/baking mix

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp cinn

2 eggs

1 can evap milk

1/2 c canned pumpkin

2 tbsp veg oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Maple syrup 

In a bowl combine baking mix brown sugar and cinn. In another bowl combine eggs milk pumpkin oil and vanilla stir into the dry ingredients, mix well. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto greased griddle turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes flip cook till second side turns golden brown serve with syrup. Makes 1 dozen
