PUMPKIN COOKIES
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Pumpkin
2 c. Self Rising Hudson Cream Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinn
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Nuts pecans or walnuts
Mix ingredients.
Use Tbsp and drop onto cookie sheet. Dip spoon in Canned Cream (evap milk) and pat top of cookies. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 min or till light brown.
