1/4 cup butter

1 1/4 cup flour, sifted

3/4 cup sugar

pinch of salt

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup crushed pineapple from can, drained

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

Directions: 

Cream butter, sugar, add remaining ingredients. Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet by the teaspoonful. 

Bake in oven at 375 degrees until light brown
