PINEAPPLE CAKE
2 c plain flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 c crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
2 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
mix with spoon
bake in 9×13 at 350 for 35 minutes
Topping
Bring to a boil 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 2/3 cup sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
