PINEAPPLE – APPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
I bought a pineapple flavored box cake mix,opened a can of apple pie filling (took a fork and smashed the apples)added some sugar and cinnamon. Put apple mixture on bottom of pan then poured cake mix over top and baked according to directions on box. Turned upside down on dish and let set for an hour so that it popped out when cooled.
