1/3 cup cream

1/2 lb pkg Cream Cheese

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic salt

4 – 6 baked potatoes

Parsley

Gradually blend the cream into the cream cheese. Add the chives, lemon juice, and garlic salt.

Serve over hot baked potatoes which have been slashed across the top and pressed open. Garnish with parsley or even parsley flakes. For a thinner sauce add a little more cream.. I like it thick.
