Pear Marmalade- 4 small oranges, 1 cup crushed pineapple, 4 apples, 12 pears.

Peal pears and apples and put through food processor. Chop oranges, leave peels on. Mix all the fruit together, measure it out and for every cup of fruit, add 1 cup of sugar.

Mix well, and cook over med-low heat until thickened.

This is a great marmalade, but it takes about 3 hours to reduce and thicken. Well worth the wait.
