Homemade Peanut butter fudge
3 c sugar
1 can cream
2 tbsp light karo syrup
5 tbsp blue bonnet butter
Creamy peanut butter JIFFY
Vanilla

Stir all ingredients EXCEPT for Peanut Butter and Vanilla in sauce pan on med heat with wooden spoon boil 15-20 min stir constantly

have 1 cup of  cold water ready to side to test if candy is ready if forms a ball at bottom of cold water its ready.

Take off heat adding peanut butter and a tsp vanilla and beat with mixer until thickend ( work quickly)

Pour into already waiting buttered pan

Practice makes perfect LOL….

(For choc fudge add 1/4 c. cocoa to the mix) enjoy
