6 c. Cocoa Rice Krispies

1 c. Karo syrup

1 c. sugar

1 1/2 c. peanut butter

1/4 c. Hershey’s cocoa 

Mix Karo syrup, sugar, and cocoa; bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and mix well. Pour over cereal and press into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
