2 qt. Peach pulp

4 c sugar

1 tsp ginger and nutmeg

1 1/2 dozen medium ripe peaches 

Directions: 

Wash peel cut and chop peaches. Add remaining ingredients and only enough water to keep from sticking, cook about 30 min till thick pour into hot jars and hot water bath for 10 minutes.
