Cheeseball

2 (8 oz) Cream cheese softened

3 tsp grated onion

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 cup pecans, grated or chopped fine

2 tsp dried mustard

pimento to taste (small jar)

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

2 tsp parsley minced

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1. soften cream cheese

2. Shred cheddar, add lemon juice, add w. sauce and mix till well blended

3. Add cream cheese and the rest of the ingredients

4.  Chill one hour in fridge. Roll into ball and then roll into chopped nuts.
