1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

3 1/2 tso baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 c sugar

3 tbsp butter

1 1/4 c milk

1 egg

vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients

in separate bowl mix milk and egg then add that to the flour. Add vanilla and mix then add butter, mix again but dont over mix. Let rest for five minutes then cook pancakes.
