2 lb grated Gouda cheese

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Sour Cream

1 TBS dry White Wine

1 dash Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp Butcher Cracked Black Pepper

1 tsp Dry Mustard

1 tsp Dry Minced Onion

Cooking Procedure:

Place the grated gouda cheese in a food processor

Add the mayonnaise

Pulse four times (2 seconds each pulse)

Add the remaining ingredients

Pulse until a spread-like consistency is achieved

Serve in a bowl with your favorite crackers on the side
