4 eggs

2 tbsp butter

1/2 pint cream

1 cup sugar

juice of 2 oranges and rind of one

 

Beat butter and sugar to light cream, add beaten eggs gradually with juice and rind, grated.

lastly add cream whipped to stiff froth. line pie plate with paste

wash edges put on rim pour in mixture bake in slow oven 25 minutes
