2 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
mix dry ingredients and nuts together.
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp orange rind
2 tbsp shortening melted
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup walnut meats
Mix liquids with dry only till moistened
put in well greased pyrex 1 hour 15 minutes. at 350
