I made up a one skillet wonder this morning and both my husband and younger son loved it and Sorry I didnt get a picture but I will have to make it again and then get pictures
I took to good sized slices of sausage and crumbled them as they were frying after they were done I took 2 potatoes peeled them and sliced them in my slicer they were supposed to be diced but they cam out in long fat strings I fried them until they were tender and crisp then I beat 6 eggs up added salt and pepper I put the sausage back in with the potatoes then added the eggs cooked the eggs until they were done and then topped the whole thing with a cup and a half of shredded colby and monty jack cheese and let that melt and served it up everybody cleaned their plates and it tasted great =)
