2 c raisins

1/2 tsp salt

2 c water

1/2 c packed

1 T. vinegar

1 T. Butter

Brown sugar

2 T. cornstarch

1/2 tsp cinn

Pastry for double 9inch crust 

Combine raisins and water in saucepan boil 5 min blend sugar cornstarch cinn and salt, add to raisins and cook stirring till clear. Stir in vinegar and butter turn into pastry lines pie pan cover with top pastry cut slits bake 425 fir 30 min till top is brown.
