MOM’S STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 LB large mushrooms (about 24)

1/4 c chopped green onions

1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese

1 egg slightly beaten

1/4 tsp salt

1 c chopped pecan halves

2 tbsp chopped onion

2-3 tbsp butter

remove stems

chop stems up and arrange mushroom caps on greased baking sheet.

in skillet cook chopped mushrooms, green pepper and onion in butter till tender stir in pecans and rest of ingredients

Spoon 1 Tbsp into caps of mushrooms

bake at 375 for 15 minutes
