Mom’s NO FAULT ICING
3 tbsp flour
1 c sweet milk
1 dash salt
Bring to boil. Boil for 1 min. cover and let cool. Stir continuously
1/2 c Crisco (lard)
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream all this together and add to flour mixture. Add coconut on top of cake. Put over plain yellow cake mix
