MODERN DAY CAST IRON COBBLER
2 -20 ounce cans pie filling of your choice
1 white or yellow cake mix
3 tbsp butter
1 cup 7-up
ice cream or whipped cream optional
Pour the pie filling into a 10″ cast iron skillet
Sprinkle cake mix over the pie filling
Slice butter over top
Pour the 7-UP over top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for a easy delicious treat.
