2 cups All-purpose Flour
1 1/3 cups Sugar
4 TBS Cocoa
2 Tsp Baking Soda Sift these ingredients together:1 cup Miracle Whip or Mayo
1 cup Water
1 Tsp Vanilla Mix well with dry ingredients Bake at 350 degrees in a pre-heated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
