MINTY BUTTERCREAM BLONDE BROWNIE BITES
2 cups self rising flour
2/3 cup margarine
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs. slightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Milk Choc chips
Heat oven to 350
pour in melted margarine with sugar stir in eggs and vanilla. Add flour a small amount at a time until mixed well after each addition.
Stir in one cup choc chips
spray your mini muffin pans with bakers joy and do not over fill.. put in oven at 350 and bake for about 10-12 minutes..
don’t bake too long watch it every oven is different
take out immediately with spoon carefully onto a wire rack and let cool … will be soft like cookie and chewy DELICIOUS…
