6 Tbsp. Creamy Jiff Peanut Butter

6 Mini Graham Cracker crusts

3 1/2 cups coffee ice cream or Chocolate ice cream

1 bottle Hershey’s milk chocolate shell topping

1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker crumbs 

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter into bottom of each mini crust. using 1/2 cup or 4oz ice cream scoop place ball of ice cream on each crust. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until ice cream and crusts are frozen solid. 

Remove pies from foil pie tins. place pies on plates. Drizzle chocolate shell topping over ice cream in crusts. Immediately sprinkle 1/2 tsp of crumbs over each pie and serve 

 

can make your own mini pie crusts From Oreo cookies, scrape filling from cookies and finely grind in food processor. Set aside 1 tbsp of cookie crumbs for garnish. Mix the crumbs with just enough melted butter to moisten lightly, press crumb mixture into bottoms and over sides of 6 mini pie pans…
