1 c navy beans soak overnight

5 c cold water pour over beans add salt and simmer

1/2 tsp salt until tender. Add water if needed

1/4 c butter melt in fry pan and sauté chopped 1clove of garlic vegetables till brown

1 tbsp onion

2 tbsp parsley

3/4 c chopped celery

1/2 tsp salt add.

1/28 tsp pepper add.

1-cup tomato pulp add.

1 c chopped cabbage chop coarsely add to other

1 c macaroni shells vegetables and bring to a boil

Combine with cooked beans, add Parmesan cheese 1/4 c shells and simmer 30 min. serve

In bowls, cheese on top
