  • Michelle’s Chicken Salad


    Ingredients

    Mayonnaise (whipped Salad Dressing)

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    Chicken Breast (one or two)

    Home Canned Sweet Pickles

    Pepper

    Sea Salt

     

    Items I use to make this dish:

    Food Processor or Chopper

    Pressure cooker

     

    DIRECTIONS:

    1 or 2 chicken breast pressure cooked

    into the processor I put

    1-2 tbsp of mayo onions to taste sweet pickles to taste salt and pepper to taste

    2 tsp of vinegar

    pulse in food proccesor to chop onions and pickles

     

    then add mayo and vinegar salt and pepper

    let chicken cool then add it and pulse it and then set to mix for at least a minute or two

    then put it in a container and let it refrigerate

    Once cold enjoy good for sanwiches or crackers, just have to watch how much mayo or miracle whip you use it can make it runny
