It was good
I still like my buttered salted corn the best but this is awesome for a change
My hubby actually liked it better than regular and that’s saying something.
Mexican Street Corn
First
Butter your corn .. (Easiest with Squeeze Parkay)
Then our mayonnaise on corn
Then put shaved Cotija Mexican Cheese over
Next hit it with chili powder
And squeeze a Lime over your corn
Serve
