Mexican Lasagna

2 pounds ground beef
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 can corn
1 bag tortillas
1 pack taco seasoning
2 8oz Mild cheddar cheese(more or less depending how you like it)

Fry ground beef and mix in taco seasoning. Add cream of chicken soup, corn and rotel tomatoes.

Take your tortillas and pour half the bag on the bottom of the dish, layer it with the mixture, spead cheese on that layer,put tortillas and then mixture again and top it with cheese

Bake until cheese is melted…Serve it with salsa and sour cream
