MEXICAN CORNBREAD

2 C Self Rising Cornmeal

1 c oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small can cream style corn

1 c grated cheese

3 medium hot peppers, chopped

2 eggs

1 c buttermilk

Mix together all ingredients and pour into greased pan or skillet. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees or till brown.
