Mexicali pie
16 oz lean ground beef
1/2 cup onions
3/4 cup frozen corn
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 can rotel
1 cup of salsa
20 pieces fritos scoops corn chips
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Cook ground beef with onion till brown. Then add rotel, corn, salsa, cheese, pepper. Spray a 10 inch pie pan. Place meat mixture in pie pan. Then top with the crushed corn chips. Bake for 30 min, cool 10 mins. Makes 6 servings.

For weight watchers it is 6 points a serving.
