Marinate in mesquite marinade for 1 to 2 hrs. Remove from the marinade and cut a pocket in the side of the breast and put in cubes of any cheese you would like ( we like cream cheese but especially pepper jack cheese).Close the pocket with toothpicks and wrap with bacon and then grill. This is very good.
